The Credit Union for Berkeley Students, Faculty, and Staff (CUBS) is the only financial institution on the UC Berkeley campus, and its services are specifically tailored to UC Berkeley affiliates. The mission of CUBS has long been “students helping students” as it is run for and by a student organization, the Student Financial Advisory Committee (SFAC).

ATM Locations
CUBS members have free access to 11 CUBS ATMs on and around the University of California, Berkeley. If you are not on campus, don’t worry — you still have surcharge-free access to 28,000 CO-OP network ATMs nationwide.

Direct Deposit

Financial Education

With Shared Branching, participating credit unions nationwide share facilities and allow members to perform basic personal banking as if they were at their home credit union. Whether you are at work, home, or traveling, your credit union is always nearby.
