New Users
If you are a new user and are accessing Online Banking for the first time, please contact us so we can provide you a temporary password. When logging in for the first time, be sure to “click here” to setup your security questions and security key.

The security key is a word or phrase used to personalize and identify your Online Banking account. It is not a password, but serves as a security check whenever you are logged in to Online Banking. The security key tells you that (1) you did not mistype your member number when logging in, and (2) you are not at a fraudulent website because you have personalized your account.
We strongly suggest that you create your own personalized security questions as the default options are fairly weak. If you are not a new Online Banking user and you are greeted with a security question that you did not create, you may have mistyped your member number, or your account may have been locked due to too many login attempts. Please contact us if you need to have your Online Banking account unlocked or your password reset.
Electronic Statements
Your electronic bank statements can be accessed by going to the “Accounts” drop-down menu and selecting “Online Statements” from your Online Banking dashboard.

Online statements are handled by one of our partner organizations, so new users of electronic statements will need to create an account at The Vault.

Once you have created your account, you will be notified in a couple of days that your account has been verified. Your first online statement should be available at the end of the month or the beginning of the next month.
